“全球50最佳餐厅”公布2024年度排名第1至50位的餐厅名单

（全球旅报2024年6月7日讯）美食界齐聚美国拉斯维加斯，庆祝和表彰由 S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna 赞助的 The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2024，而由 Oriol Castro、Eduard Xatruch 和 Mateu Casañas 这三位技艺高超大厨搭档主理的巴塞罗那Disfrutar 餐厅被评为了 The World's Best Restaurant。紧随其后的是阿特克松多的Asador Etxebarri(No.2) 和巴黎的 Table by Bruno Verjus(No.3)。

利马 Maido 的厨师老板 Mitsuharu "Micha" Tsumura 获得了 Estrella Damm Chefs' Choice Award 2024。拥有40多年职业履历的澳大利亚厨师兼餐厅老板Neil Perry获得了 Woodford Reserve Icon Award。来自巴黎的Nina Métayer荣膺 Sosa 赞助的 The World's Best Pastry Chef 2024 大奖。

位于香港，由主厨 Vicky Cheng 主理的Wing(No.20) 荣膺 Highest New Entry Award 2024，而同在香港的The Chairman(No.26) 获得了由 Highstreet World 赞助的 Highest Climber Award 2024。其他新晋榜单者包括首尔的Mingles(No.44) 和开普敦的La Colombe(No.49)。

Beronia World's Best Sommelier Award 颁发给侍酒师兼布宜诺斯艾利斯 Don Julio 的老板Pablo Rivero，而柏林的Nobelhart & Schmutzig(No.43) 则被授予 Sustainable Restaurant Award。
