（全球旅报2023年6月21日讯）美食界齐聚西班牙瓦伦西亚，庆祝由S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna赞助的2023年The World's 50 Best Restaurants奖，其中利马的Central被评为2023年The World's Best Restaurant暨2023年The Best Restaurant in South America。紧随Central之后的是巴塞罗那的Disfrutar（No.2）和马德里的Diverxo（No.3）。
2023年榜单包括来自五大洲24个地区的餐厅，其中12家为首次亮相。南美有九家餐厅上榜，包括两家新晋餐厅：利马的Kjolle（No.28）和波哥大的El Chato（No.33）。亚洲紧随其后，有七家餐厅上榜，包括被评为The Best Restaurant in Asia的新加坡Odette（No.14），以及新入榜的曼谷 Le Du（No.15）和Gaggan Anand（No.17），还有东京的Sézanne（No.37）。两家迪拜餐厅首次入选榜单：被评为The Best Restaurant in Middle East & Africa的Trèsind Studio（No.11）和Orfali Bros Bistro（No.46）。
